Phuong is a performance consultant and business mentor, an experienced trainer, speaker and workshop facilitator, who creates results based on company and individual’s values. She mentor clients in performance management, project delivery, business setup and people management.
Phuong became a coaching leader, CMMi and Six Sigma project manager at Motorola University. She qualified PMP from The George Washington University. She combined the two learnings to lead her teams delivering first class projects as well as building strong governance to ensure success, quality and minimize overheads. They achieved CMMi Level 4 and several green belts. The vast experience comes from setting up governance and delivering projects for Cap Gemini, Olivetti, Motorola, Convergys (Netcracker Technology), Nokia, Amazon, TNT and more.
Beside running the practice in the UK, Phuong helps overseas organisations to set up a UK subsidiary or branch of their business in different industries and sectors from across Europe, Australia, and Asia into the UK marketplace. She also helps organisations delivering and building Project Management Office, the core operational machine to optimize delivering process and cut over-heads. She coaches senior managers and executives to become more effective leaders in creating a collaborative working environment for their teams to continuously improve productivity.
