Kartik Kommereddi is the Director of ESKAYEM Consultants Pvt. Ltd., a leading multidisciplinary engineering consultancy specializing in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) and Low Voltage Utilities. Under his leadership, the firm has delivered consultancy services for a wide spectrum of projects across India and abroad—including manufacturing establishments in pharmaceuticals, chemical processes, electronics, semiconductors, automobiles, and textiles, as well as healthcare facilities, hospitality developments, commercial offices, shopping complexes, residential apartments, research institutions, and banking facilities.

With a career dedicated to integrating technical precision and practical efficiency, Kartik has played a pivotal role in shaping high-performance building systems for some of the most complex projects in the region. His expertise spans end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of MEP systems that align with modern sustainability benchmarks and operational excellence.

As part of his international collaborations, Kartik has served as MEP consultant for MPN + Partners on landmark healthcare projects, including Hong Ngoc Phuc Truong Minh General Hospital Phase 1 in Hanoi and TNH Obstetrics Hospital in Thai Nguyen. These projects highlight his ability to deliver advanced engineering solutions in coordination with architectural innovation, ensuring resilient, efficient, and future-ready facilities
