RAJAN GOVIND

Rajan Govind is a façade specialist with over 30 years of international experience spanning Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. With a background in structural engineering, he has led the design and delivery of both new-build and retrofit projects, integrating complex engineering with architectural vision.

Before founding his own consultancy, Rajan spent more than a decade with Arup Singapore’s Façade Group, where he built deep expertise in façade systems, sustainable solutions, and advanced 3D design integration. He is also a Certified Singapore Green Mark Manager (SGMM), enabling him to align façade performance with broader sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Rajan has successfully delivered a wide range of high-profile projects, including the Pan Pacific Hotel (Singapore), Mumbai International T2 Terminal, Eco City Office Tower (Kuala Lumpur), The Park Mixed Development (Mumbai), and ASPTM International Hospital (Vietnam). His work covers the full scope of façade consultancy—from pre-tender design and engineering to construction reviews, site quality control, and inspections.
