Dr. Tran Cong Vinh is Chairman and Chief of Civil & Structural Engineering at NKC Consultancy Co., Ltd. A Chartered Structural Engineer in the UK, he brings extensive international experience across civil, structural, water, bridge, building and industrial engineering, including 21 years with Arup.
His work spans major healthcare, infrastructure, high-rise and mixed-use developments in Vietnam and internationally. His healthcare experience includes the VinMec hospital network, Carmel International Hospital and the Cho Ray International Hospital expansion.
