The proposed design idea started with the inspiration of the strong dress movement of traditional Spanish dance which has carved the main Flow leading visitors from the landscaping parking to the inside of the building
The Flow is made continuous for people to easily navigate around and head to their areas without stopping-asking
The two main conference stages are located in either ends of the building, lifting up toward the ocean and the city, welcoming visitors from both sides
