RAJAN GOVIND

Rajan Govind is a façade specialist with over 30 years of international experience spanning Asia, the Middle East, and Australia. With a background in structural engineering, he has led the design and delivery of both new-build and retrofit projects, integrating complex engineering with architectural vision.

Before founding his own consultancy, Rajan spent more than a decade with Arup Singapore’s Façade Group, where he built deep expertise in façade systems, sustainable solutions, and advanced 3D design integration. He is also a Certified Singapore Green Mark Manager (SGMM), enabling him to align façade performance with broader sustainability and energy efficiency goals.

Rajan has successfully delivered a wide range of high-profile projects, including the Pan Pacific Hotel (Singapore), Mumbai International T2 Terminal, Eco City Office Tower (Kuala Lumpur), The Park Mixed Development (Mumbai), and ASPTM International Hospital (Vietnam). His work covers the full scope of façade consultancy—from pre-tender design and engineering to construction reviews, site quality control, and inspections.

Recognized as a thought leader in the façade industry, Rajan is passionate about adopting future technologies and digital innovations to improve design efficiency, construction quality, and sustainable performance. His reputation for high-quality delivery and integrated design solutions has established him as a trusted name in the regional façade and construction industryas 22 years of international experience within the facade industry, out of which he has served more than 11 years at ARUP . With Structural engineering background Rajan has good overall facade specialist experience. Rajan has worked in various markets such as Asia, Middle East and Australia.

He has successfully delivered several prestigious projects with integrated facade designs, involving 3D design, complex engineering and building integration. He is a Certified SGMM (Singapore Green Mark Manager), enable him to understand sustainable design requirements from Architectural and practical perspectives.

He has technically lead, managed and delivered several large projects with highly practical and efficient designs resulted successful implementations. With his extensive International and regional experience with on-going leading role on number of projects he has attained extensive knowledge on façade and construction industry in the region. Known face to regional facade industry and he has attained good reputation with high quality works completed.
